Phil currently holds group sessions at the Marine Park and the Lawe Top in South Shields.

One to One Sessions

Phil wants to be sure you can easily fit training into your week, for this he offers the One to One sessions. He is totally flexible and will tailor the sessions entirely to your needs; assisting you with whatever your goals may be. Be it a weightloss aim, a wedding approaching or want to be able to pick up your favourite sport again; Phil is looking forward to working on your personal challenge with you.

He can work around your diary and fit into any time that suits you. Once you're in touch, you can start on a program specific to your requirements.
